T-Top Nicknamed by the Rangers as T-Top, Trilondon is from the planet Trirondonian and is an intergalactic bounty hunter in search of Hydrax. He is mistaken as a criminal by the Rangers, and is forced to battle the Delta Squad Megazord. After his bounty is captured, T-Top isn't allowed back on Earth, because of all the destruction he caused. "Abridged" |

Hydrax Hydrax is an intergalactic bank robber from the planet Fernovia, and while on Earth, she disguises herself as a human named Diane. She pays off Broodwing to frame T-Top, but the Green Ranger foils her plans and she is brought down by the Canine Cannon. Hydrax is later cloned by Slate and Morgana, but is destroyed by the S.P.D. Bugglesworth Bugglesworth is a drawing of Mora's, which is brought to life to trick Sam, a boy with the power to teleport - into using them for evil. Bugglesworth has the ability to turn humans into dolls. He is brought down by the Canine Cannon, and he pilots a robot, which is destroyed by the Delta Squad Megazord. Giganus Giganus was an S.P.D. officer named Dru from the planet Tangar. He and Sky were best friends, until Dru was sent to the Nebula Academy, where he shortly became missing in action. That's when he met Broodwing, who taught him to only look out for himself. Giganus came to Earth to kill Commander Cruger, but is foiled by his old friend the Blue Ranger and his Deltamax Striker. The Delta Squad Megazord finishes the job, and Sky puts Dru under arrest. "Idol" |

Sinuku Sinuku escapes from K0-35's satellite prison, when Broodwing breaks him out. He heads to Earth to meet with an old friend - Dr. Reiss, who has the control to some demagnetrons. He is intercepted however, by the S.P.D. Rangers who bring him down in his Zord with the Delta Squad Megazord. The Rangers finish the job with the Canine Cannon.
