Dolphin Zord Blue Ranger's Dolphin Zord materializes through a holographic portal disguised as a cruise ship. It can create illusions of water and tidal waves, using them to throw its opponents off guard. |

| The three Zords can combine into the Storm Megazord. The Storm Megazord can summon different Power Spheres from its chest, each one giving it different abilities. It can also transform into Lightning Mode, giving it increased speed and agility, but only for 60 seconds. The Storm Megazord was destroyed in battle against Lothor's Zord. |
