Mantis Mantis, Finster's creation, challenged Trini, tell her she has no honor after Trini called the others to help her. Dramole Dramole had the ability to travel underground without being detected and he made a gas to hypnotized people, his gas cause the adults attending 'Parent's Day' enter a zombie-like trance. He even hypnotized Billy to get the Dragon Sagger. Later, all the rangers were hypnotized as well except for Kimberly. Dramole was destroyed by the Ultrazord. He was ressurected by Lord Zedd to protect the Rock of Time and reappeared during Rita and Lord Zedd's wedding. Grumble Bee Grumble Bee could generate energy from his wings and his buzzing deafen the rangers. His venom could also eat threw the Ranger's suits. Alpha sent Billy a device to stop him and he was defeated by the Megazord. He came back many times later and was finally destroyed by the Tigerzord. Two-Headed Parrot Finster's creation, the Two-Headed Parrot aimed to split Jason and Tommy apart. It loved the Pamago fruit and when Tommy tossed it to him or rather them, the two heads fought for it. Bandai America has the toy listed as Pete and Repete. "Two Heads are Better Than One" |

Peckster Finster's monster Peckster destroyed skyscrapers with just a few pecs. With his large wings, he could blow anything away. Zack tricked it into pecked ballons and one that was rubber ball, got stuck on his beak. Peckster was destroyed byt the Megazord. He was brought back by Finster during Rita and Zedd's Wedding. Lizzinator Lizzinator's body was made of supermetals from another galaxy. He had super stink breath and was hard to defeat. He was destroyed by the Ultrazord and later recreated twice and was one of the ones responsible for destroying the Thunderzords. Pumpkin Rapper Pumpkin Rapper was sent down when the Rangers were in a game show. Evil pumpkin seeds were grown in a rotten pumpkin patch to suffocate the rangers. He mostly rapped and he drained the Rangers' energy by wrapping vines around them. He was destroyed by the Power Blaster. He was ressurected the next Halloween by Lord Zedd and was hard to defeat but finally was destroyed by the Thunder Megazord. "Trick or Treat" & "Zord's Monster Mash" |

Slippery Shark Slippery Shark was sent to split Tommy and Jason apart, putting them under a spell. He was impossible to track and surfed through the ground and could teleport really quickly. Soccadillo Finster was charging up Soccadillo but Rita sent him down only at half strength. It could turn into a ball and attack the rangers. Zordon knew that Rita was feeding the Soccadillo energy to allow it to increase its powers. Zordon predicted that the monster would be unspottable in less than an hour more of charging. Tommy and Jason punched the monster in ball mode at the same time, causing an explosion which reverted Soccadillo to monster form. Oysterizer Rita released this monster from the Ecocyte Pearl and it brought her the Pearls of Stillness that were sold to Zack, which he gave to Angela. Angela, Kimberly, Trini, Billy, and Jason were made frozen still, along with the patrons of the resturant they were in. Tommy lent his sheild to Zack to help defeat Oysterizer. The Oysterizer forced the rangers to use their Megazord under water but ultimately they destroyed him. He was later sent by Lord Zedd to protect the Rock of Time.
